Focus!!

GOOD JOB EVERYONE!! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!! The New Year Party was great! Total of 13 kids attended. Excluding W.R. and young sisters, there were 7 new kids!! They sure had lots of fun, some of them didn't even want to leave. lol. The food were great, decoration was beautiful, facial painting and hair styling were way cool, the games were fun and exciting because of the mines on the grass, lol, and the teamwork was again, beautiful! Thanks for those of you who came and helped out!! Totally proud of W.R. for inviting so many new friends!! Now, it's time to FOLLOW UP!!

I finally know the reason behind my twisted neck. It didn't make sense to me when so many people prayed for my neck, including myself, and it still didn't get healed the past few days. However, I still praised God. Because we praise God at good times and bad times right? You have to believe that He is good at all times! Anyway, today I finally realized God's plan behind this painful experience. He wanted me to stay focused. Let's see, it makes sense, because when your neck is twisted and you can't really turn your head left or right, you can only look straight ahead. Also, I got two confirmations from two different people before today who have told me that I have to stay focused because I have too much going on right now. Different ministries, cell groups, school, work, family... etc. I have to FOCUS on what's important and on my calling! It is amazing, after I realized that today, my neck is well and good again! Wow, isn't that something?! =)

During prayer meeting today, I was praying to God and just soaking myself in His presence and love. I saw a picture. It was a butterfly. However, its wings are still wet and wrinkled. It tried to flop its wings to fly but it couldn't because the wings are not yet strong enough. I'm not 100% clear on what exactly that means for me, but I can somewhat grasp the big picture. I'm not ready to fly yet. My wings are still weak and I am waiting for it to get dried up so I can fly. I'm not sure where I'll fly to or how long I should wait, or even what I should do while I wait. Still need to pray about that more. But, I know I will be able to fly beautifully one day! Amen

Mercy

In the first week of 2008, I am already being tested with my first assignment "Love is Patient". They say, many times, persecution comes from people who are the closest to you. And I'm going through exactly that! It's weird how a lot of times it is easier to be patient with your friends, your co-workers, your teachers... etc, than to be patient with your own family members. Odd but true. Thank You Holy Spirit for constantly reminding me that love is patient. Because Your love for me is patient, I shall love others the way You love me. I will become stronger through Christ! Amen.

Testimony Time!

Kinkos
Me and Priscilla went to print out the flyers for WR's new year party on Saturday. We first went to the one in South Pasadena, but we left because we couldn't find the design we wanted. Then we went to the one in Pasadena Old Town. It's a much bigger store, but the place was much busier than the first one we went. After standing in line for a long time, the lady told us that she couldn't help us with the flyer today because the store has too many other job orders to take care of. This is not good! We needed the flyers that night, so we kept on asking her and hoping that she could make an exception and help us. Then another guy who works there came over and told the lady that he could help us print the flyers right away. Hallelujah! After printing the flyers we brought them to the check-out desk. The cashier guy had a hard time dealing with the cash register and his computer so he took a long time. During the time of waiting, I checked my wallet and fount out that I only had $10. Yes, I forgot to make sure I had enough money before I went. Again. After checking out, the total amount came out to be only around $6.00. Me and Priscilla were very happy that we had enough money to pay and it was so cheap to print 40 flyers on fancy invitation card papers! We blessed the cashier and left. In the car we started to wonder how could it be so cheap. Because the invitation paper costs about $6 alone! Could it be that he only calculated the money for that pack of paper? We checked the receipt and it said exactly what we predicted! It was amazing how God prepared His way for us. First the guy who helped us print the flyer, second, the money problem. God truly is amazing! When we love God wholeheartedly, it says in the Bible that all thing would work for the good! :D Praise Him!!

Tire Cap
When I was leaving church on Sunday, Enoch noticed that my front tire was a bit flat. He told me that I should go to a gas station and fill up some air. So Jason guided me to the gas station he knew has the air pumper. It was raining hard and dark outside. We were pumping the air in the rain. Afterwards we left and after I dropped him off, I thought to myself, "Did I close the cap for the air hole??" Because I remembered I unscrewed it, but did not remember of screwing the cap back on. I quickly parked to the side and ran to check my tire. And there it is... the unscrewed air hole. The thing was, I couldn't find the cap anywhere in my pockets. No! I left the cap on the ground of the gas station!!! As I mentioned before, it was raining hard and it's very dark already. I rushed back to the gas station, and on the way I was praying so hard to God that I could find the cap when I get back there. The cap was black and it was really small. It is pretty impossible to find it in such a horrible condition, especially when the air pumping station is behind the gas station so there was only one light. I drove back to the pumping place, parked, jumped out of my car, still praying... and within 5 seconds, I found the cap on the ground! I was so glad, I was praising God like crazy!! Yes God, You are GOOD!! And Your MERCY endures FOREVER! xD Hallelujah!!

LTC 2008 - Entering In/Crossing over TOGETHER!

For LTC, I've decided to fast and pray for my dad during breakfast and lunch. Also I prayed to God that I wouldn't feel hungry during those prayer times, and I wasn't! It's crazy. During one of the times I was praying, I started by kneeling and praying, crying, then I stood up and kept on praying and crying. Eyes still closed. Then I opened up my eyes I saw this in front of my eyes... (I didn't notice it before)

The window up there! It looks like a house with a big cross at the center, holding the house up. I saw this right after I prayed for my house to be the house of God, and that from generation to generation my household will serve Him. Tears just poured after I saw this symbolic scene, and in my spirit, I know, God is answering my prayer already! Amen! Let it come to past!!

Also, I GOT HEALED during LTC! I didn't tell you guys this, but when my stomach was feeling really uncomfortable, I picked Kay to pray for me specifically because I wanted her to encounter God's healing to another person THROUGH her. After Kay prayed for me, my stomach didn't get better right away, but then when Shin was presenting her proposal, I suddenly feel this extreme heat around my waist. I was checking behind me and in my pockets to see if there were any heating pads, cuz it was so hot! But there weren't anything like that on me, so I was like... wow, it's God! I've heard people talking about HEAT on their stomach when they were healing by God or being filled by the Holy Spirit, but I have never experienced it. It felt so good. After a long time of heating... my stomach was healed completely!! Kay shared on the last night that she was really happy that God used her to heal me! Praise Him!! Go Jesus! Go Kay! PRAYmore! HEALmore! =)

I am so proud of Alice and Tiffa! They did an awesome job coordinating and putting together LTC! Alice you know, all your work that no one has seen, God saw. Just like Misty's song, "Do it in secret if you want to be seen by God" I can't tell you how grateful I am to have a sister like you! You are such an organizer, an encourager, a DOer! You got big faith AND big actions! GO GIRL!<3 You are a true GodChick! =)

Happy 2008!!

Wow, I can't believe another year has passed! Whew~ Just like a dream. Right now, I am full of excitement and anxiety for this year. I just can't wait to ENCOUNTERmore, EQUIPmore, and GO DIEmore! hahaha.... (People who went to LTC know what I'm talking about :P) Hum... Maybe our 2008 T-shirt can have something "MORE". kakaka...

Looking back to 2007, I saw how much I have grown and how much breakthrough I've had...
- Leading worship with guitar
- Starting a children/youth cell group
- Encounter countless signs and wonders of God
- Became worship leader in House Church
- Strong and consistent yearning and intimacy with God
- Stronger prayer lifestyle and devotional lifestyle
- Learned to put more trust and faith in God and not worry
- Coordinated a 60+ people summer camp
... and more!!

I pray that this year, 2008, I will be able to encounter Him at a new level. Have a new heart, new wineskin, and be poured and filled with new wine of His! It's gonna be great. Though there will be persecutions, my Lord is my shepherd, and his rot, his staff will comfort me! There will be promotion after persecution. I have begin to learn and understand what Annie means by different seasons. I've been given different assignments by the Holy Spirit in different seasons, and now I can distinguish more clearly when a new season begins and the old one ends. Right now I have just entered a new season, I can feel it. My assignment for this season would be "Love is Patient". I am ready for the challenge! Bring it on!!

As for Water Rangers, I still don't know what name I'm going to change it to... How about just Impact Youth or Impact Kids? lol. I don't know. We'll see. I am dreaming for my cell group members... Yesterday in my spirit I saw Becky (Eric's sister) all grown up to be a strong woman of God. Full of influence and love. I can't wait to meet the future her! Wow! I want to take her to see the Enchanted Experience thing this Saturday. Have to arrange time.

For my dad, I am just so thankful that God is working. I can see that He is working. Me and my sisters have been praying for him for a long time. I mean years! In the two day trip of Palm Spring, he has admit that Jesus Christ is his Lord once per day. It's awesome! At the count down party he went up there and shared. On the way back in the car, he said, "My main point in my little speech is to let you know that we're fully supporting you!" I was thinking, "Yay go dad! Can you support us financially as well?" I pray that God put this burden inside of his heart to donate/offer money for our new location! Amen!! I believe, before this year ends, my dad will encounter You in a crazy way that he will surrender his life to You! Amen!!

SPECIAL CONGRATS TO...
JAZZY PANTS / JOHNNY BOY... YAY YOU GUYS CAN DRIVE ME AROUND NOW! XD

God always has His timing. It's always perfect! :) Love it!

btw, I AM SO OVERWHELMED BY ALL OF YOUR PRESENTATIONS!! They all rocked! All so exciting and powerful! Let these proposals come to past, and start your actions yall! C'mon, we can do this! Go IMPACTmore!! xD

(More on LTC laterz...)
